Waffle Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs(or egg replacer)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs(or egg replacer), then whisk in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don't overmix - a few lumps in the batter are okay.
Spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray or brush it with melted butter.
Pour the batter onto the center of the waffle maker, using a ladle or measuring cup. The amount of batter will depend on the size of your waffle maker.
Close the waffle maker and cook until the waffle is golden brown and crisp on the outside, usually around 3-5 minutes.
Carefully remove the waffle from the waffle maker using a fork or spatula. Repeat with the remaining batter, making sure to re-spray or brush the waffle maker with butter before each use.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, butter, syrup, or honey.
Enjoy your delicious homemade waffles!

Cook them crispy - Make sure to cook your waffles long enough so that they are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Use a good waffle maker - Investing in a high-quality waffle maker will help ensure that your waffles come out perfectly every time.
Incorporate flavorings - Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg or other flavorings to the batter to enhance the taste and aroma of your waffles.
